Local cookbook authors join us in the shop for a couple of hours to show off and sign their cookbooks.

Stacy Dermont who wrote The Hamptons Kitchen and Stephanie Villani who wrote The Fisherman’s Wife will both be here with copies of their books.

Both books are beautiful, different, and look like they will be a lot of fun to cook from. They are also great because they talk about food that you can get here seasonally and locally on the East End. 

I will be making a recipe from each book for tasting, so stop in and check both these lovely books out! I will remind you in next week’s letter as well.
